About Us

Thirty years ago I was invited to an in-home chocolate party. I sat quietly through the presentation and demonstrations and decided it did not seem that difficult. I purchased a few items and soon discovered it really is pretty simple. That is once I stopped burning the compound coatings. At that time I was working in retail and had fifty employees. I wanted to give Christmas gifts to them, but could not afford to. Luckily, there was a cake and candy store very close to where I worked. She had everything I needed and more. I made cute little bell and tree confections, I put them in a nice little Christmas box and handed them out at work. You would have thought I had given them the winning lottery ticket. No one could believe I made them and I could not believe the response. I was so happy I could give everyone something they truly loved. There was no turning back. Eventually my kitchen turned into a confection factory. Family, friends and co-workers started ordering confections for their special occasions and I began selling my confections at local boutiques. Fifteen years ago, with the help and support of my family, I opened Chocolates By Imagination, my very own manufacturing facility. I have had the incredible opportunity to make confections for company's like Disney, Ronald McDonald House, Sam’s Club and Costco. And no less important, countless weddings, baby showers and special events for my local customers. I have never taken a formal class for chocolate making, but have spent the last thirty years testing, perfecting and changing the confection making process. It is time I share that with you.

Now its time to let your imagination take over. And remember, there is never

enough free confection.

All my best, Sonia

Customer Testimonials

Hello Sonia,

Thank you again! Michelle

I just wanted to let you know that I purchased your chocolate teacups and daisies at Sam's Club in Glendora for a Mother's Day tea which I was having for my Mother and a group of friends. Your wonderful imagination to create these went over really well. They made the day just that little more special, especially because they went along with my theme for the tea. I will definitely be checking your web site to see your wonderful creations and will be looking to purchase more goodies in the future for many of my parties. So to all you ladies, I want to say thank you for your hard work and dedication to your creativity and helping make my parties a success!
Bless you all. Mrs. Kane
